500g Sugar
250 ml Water
1/2 tsp lemon juice
Vanilla Extract
Cinnamon
Dough
200g flour
1 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
2 tbsp butter
150 ml plant based milk
750 ml Sunflower Oil

Rich Tea biscuits
2 cups coconut milk
1/2 cup coconut sugar
Vegan Chocolate
Vanilla Extract
Peppermint Extract
Don't forget to pop it in the freezer for a few hours to set.
