RJ academy introduces a new course of chemical kinetics that includes the entire syllabus of CSIR-NET/JRF, GATE, IIT-JAM, IIT-BHU, DU M.Sc entrance, and other chemistry-related exams where chemical kinetics is been asked.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
This course will contain the syllabus of JEE mains and advance, NEET, and other 12th standard level exams.
***************************************************************************
In this course of Chemical Kinetics, Firstly, we break the syllabus into three parts as-
Part A
Part B
Part C
---------------------------------
In Part A, We have studied the kinetics of simple reactions that includes Zero order reaction, First order reaction, and second-order reactions.
We have also studied the concept of half-life and order of reaction and we have discussed 6 methods by which we can determine the order of the reaction.
In Part B, We have studied the kinetics of Complex reaction that includes-
1.) Consecutive reactions
2.) Chain reactions
3.) Photochemical reactions
4.) Reversible reaction
5.) Parallel reaction
In Part C, We discussed the Arrhenius theory through the Arrhenius equation that included two important parameter-
1.)Activation energy
2.) Arrhenius pre-exponential factor
Firstly we discussed the Gardiner concept that gives the rate constant equation a new perception and then we started studying the theories based on the Gardiner concept which are:
1) Collision Theory of Rate of reaction
2) Activated Complex Theory
We have already done the thermodynamic treatment of the Activated complex theory in the last lecture.
In this video, We will discuss the Statistical Treatment of ACT (Activated Complex Theory) and will do some previous year questions related to the Activated complex Theory of reaction rate.
So watch the complete lecture and do let me know that how do you like the video in the comment section.
