Sub-Recipes
CRANBERRY CORDIAL X
16 oz Water
16 oz Red Wine
16 oz Frozen Cranberries
16 oz Fresh Pineapple Juice
16 oz Vodka
Zest of 2 Lemon
2 Cinnamon Stick (crushed)
8 Star Anise
12 All-Spice Berries
Combine all ingredients except pineapple juice in pot. Bring to simmer until cranberries open. Strain solids. Add pineapple juice, and equal parts granulated sugar to total liquid. Stir to incorporate. Add vodka. Chill.

EARL GREY SYRUP
32 oz Water
4 oz Earl Grey Tea
Combine 8 oz Earl Grey and water in pot. Bring to high simmer (190*). Reduce heat and steep for 5 minutes. Strain out the tea leaves and combine liquid with equal parts (vol.) granulated sugar. Stir until incorporated. Cool before using. Shelf life is approximately 2 weeks
