777 Sarbonne Road is one of the most talked about Bel Air Mega Mansions of the year, and after a year long saga trying to sell this $87,777,777 home, the property was finally sold at bankruptcy auction for just under $50 million dollars. Due to the nature of the bankruptcy auction, this sale required a judges approval, which was just received last week. In today's episode, we talk about this lavish mega mansions back story, how the seller Alex Khadavi responded to the sale, and last we get into the details of the court approval which requires Khadavi to hand over the home immediately.
