Part 5: Harms and benefits taxonomy, Aligning impact assessments with other assessments
AI systems can have both harms and benefits. ISO/IEC 42005 AI System Impact Assessment includes a taxonomy of harms and benefits.
AI impact assessments often exist along with other impact assessments for aspects such as security, privacy and sustainability. ISO/IEC 42005 provides guidance of how to efficiently align impact assessments and the related processes and documentation.
In this part of Mastering AI Impact Assessments with ISO/IEC 42005 you will learn:
• How to use the harms and benefits taxonomy in ISO/IEC 42005 to identify potential harms and risks in your organization’s impact assessments.
• How to coordinate and build on existing impact assessments.
• How to map between the AI impact assessments and other impact assessments
We recommend that you watch the videos in sequence and refer to the standards for more detail.
