Step-by-Step Laser General Maintenance Guide for Trotec Speedy 360

Описание: If you own a Trotec Speedy 360 laser machine, it's important to keep it in top condition to ensure maximum performance and longevity. In this video, Stephen Colley from Trotec Laser Technical will guide you through the basic maintenance steps that you can easily do yourself.

First, ensure that the table is in the highest position, turn off the laser, and unplug the machine. Then, remove the lens and mirror and store them safely. Use a vacuum cleaner with a dust brush head to clean the main enclosure and change the nozzle while cleaning the inside of the exhaust hose.

Stephen recommends using a piece of cloth and cleaning foam from Trotec to clean the main enclosure, x-axis, ultrasonic sensor, and nozzle. Then, put back the exhaust cover, vacuum the table, and replace it in the machine. Reinstall the mirror and lens and remove the left side cover, but avoid vacuuming near the electronics. You can use a portable air blower in conjunction with a vacuum cleaner to clean the electronics, but keep the vacuum a safe distance away from electronic components.

Remove the right side cover and vacuum the inside, but do not vacuum the optics. Again, you can use a portable air blower to help clean the optics, but keep the vacuum a safe distance away. Remove the rear panel, clean inside with a brush nozzle, clean the rear panel, and then attach it to the machine.

Remove the filter cover for the pump and clean it using the blower before reinstalling it. Use a piece of cloth and cleaning foam from Trotec to clean the mechanics on both sides, including the two guide bars and four spindles with the cleaning spray. Finally, apply some grease from Trotec underneath the four spindle nuts, reinstall both side covers, turn on the machine, and move the z-axis up and down a few times.
