طريقة سهلة بسيطة للتدريب على اخذ خزعة موجهة بالايكو.
نعمل فانتوم من صدر الدجاج وبداخله حبة زيتون مثبتة .وهي تماثل كتلة في الثدي او عقدة بالدرق .
نحدد مكانها بالايكو ونحدد نقطة دخول الابرة واتجاه الابرة ونتابع مسير الابرة على الشاشة وعندما يصل راس الابرة سطح الكتلة نطلق الابرة وناخذ الخزعة
وهي طريقة سهلة وبسيطة ورخيصة للتدريب
An easy and simple way to practice taking an echo-guided biopsy.
We make a phantom from the chicken breast with an olive inside. It is similar to a lump in the breast or a nodule in the thyroid gland.
We determine its location with the echocardiogram, determine the entry point of the needle and the direction of the needle, and follow the course of the needle on the screen. When the needle head reaches the surface of the lump, we release the needle and take the biopsy.
It is an easy, simple and cheap way to train
