Описание: IES or The Indian Engineering Services are also known as Engineering Services Exam,; annual IES or The Indian Engineering Services also known as Engineering Services Exam is an annual exam conducted by UPSC. This exam is conducted to recruit candidates in four major engineering fields,: Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, and Electronics & Telecommunications. IES exam is conducted by UPSC and consists of three stages – first is Preliminary Examination, second is Mains Examination, third is a personal interview. The preliminary exam and mains exam are conducted in offline mode. The prelims are an objective type exam, and the mains are a conventional type. The mode of language is English. Stage 1 has 2 papers. The first one contains questions from general studies, and the second one includes questions related to your engineering discipline. Stage one is a 5-hour long paper, and of 600 marks Stage 2, which is the mains exam, also has 2 papers, and both contain questions related to your engineering discipline. It is a 6-hour long paper and 600 marks.
