Описание: Akris is pleased to share the upcoming world premiere of AKRIS – Fashion With a Heritage, a new documentary by filmmaker Reiner Holzemer, taking place in June 2025.

Holzemer follows third-generation leaders Albert, Creative Director, and Peter Kriemler, President, behind the scenes — from fabric sourcing in Milan to Paris Fashion Week — offering a rare look at their creative process and deep respect for craftsmanship. Through personal, previously unseen archival material, the film moves between past and present, offering an intimate glimpse into how three generations of a Swiss family have woven their heritage into one of fashion’s last independent houses.

Highlights include a fitting with Princess Charlène of Monaco and conversations with architects David Chipperfield and Sou Fujimoto, artist Thomas Ruff, and fashion critics Nicole Phelps and Valerie Steele, among others.

We are honored to announce that the film has also been included as an Official Selection in the Features Category of the 2025 Tribeca X Award Competition at the 24th Tribeca Festival.
