Ingredients:
100g raisin
300g water
Instructions:
1. put raisins and water into a glass jar.
2. let it ferment at room temperature.
3. shake the jar 1 - 3 times a day to prevent mold.
4. it usually takes about 7 days.

「材料」
レーズン 100g
水 300g
「作り方」
1、レーズンと水をガラス瓶に入れます。
2、常温で発酵させます。
3、カビを防ぐため、毎日1〜3回ほどガラス瓶を振ります。
4、発酵するまでに7日前後かかります。
