NewsChannel9 has followed one of the first recipients of the sleeping bag coats.
These coats have been given to 75 homeless Chattanoogans.
They were designed to keep people warm through the cold temperatures, and turn into a sleeping bag during the night.
Sunday, two men told us they have worn the coats every night, that without the coat, the winter would have been unbearable.
