There's a fair bit in this, it seems to be mainly Weston Super Mare which we've identified from the lido and views of the pier.
There are some good scenes of some bowling tournaments and trophies being awarded.
A vintage car rally features taking place on 24th June. This part of the film has a date code for 1964 and a banner shows "Concours de Elegance" as the event name.
Stormy seas along the sea front are shown and throughout there's a mix of various snippets of subjects..
