Meditation: Close your eyes.
I’m going to give you some secrets.
Even to put these secrets in your mind will transform you.
Breathe in and out through your Nostrils. Put your Attention in the two Nostrils and don’t breathe. If the breathing goes on, which it will, let it go. But put your Mind Energy into the Nostrils. Because the Breath and the Mind, they are one and the same.

Take the Breath to the Brainstem. Just as a concept, put attention on the Brainstem.

Miracles will happen.
Even scientists, if you go to Brain Science, and then look up respiration of the Brainstem, they have some understanding.
Then take that to this little organ called the Pineal Gland, 5millimeter in diameter.

Just say that you are — mentally think:
I am breathing through the Nostrils. The Brainstem
where the breathing as thought gets transformed. And right above, go to the Pineal Gland.

My Pineal Gland is breathing.
My Pineal Gland is breathing.
My Pineal Gland is breathing.
It is the Seat of the Breath of Life.
The Breath of Life is the Spirit, the Holy Spirit.

Time will change. Space will change because of what happens within the Pineal Gland.

It is beyond your reason. Time will change.

What is Time?
Your destiny, your experience, your work,
your relationship, your money. It’s all Time.

The Pineal [Gland] is pulsating. Absorb the Nano-Time Nanosecond beyond the Mind.
