Double Brown Butter Granola Bars are delightfully chewy with a delicate crunchy top. The browned butter, brown sugar, and LorAnn's Brown Butter Bakery Emulsion play perfectly together to create pure satisfaction in every bite.

INGREDIENTS
600 g brown sugar
450 g quick-cooking oats
90 g wheat germ
7 g cinnamon
15 g salt
225 g raisins
80 g sunflower seeds
80 g pepitas
30 g sesame seeds
300 g chocolate chips
150 g toasted coconut
450 g peanut butter
480 g corn syrup
339 g butter, browned and cooled
30 g LorAnn Brown Butter Bakery Emulsion
DIRECTIONS
1. In a large bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, oats, wheat germ, cinnamon, and salt.
2. Add the raisins, sunflower seeds, pepitas, sesame seeds, chocolate chips, and coconut. Use a gloved hand to mix.
3. In a medium-sized bowl, add the peanut butter, corn syrup, browned butter, and brown butter emulsion. Mix until combined.
4. Add the peanut butter mixture to the dry ingredients and mix with your hands until evenly combined.
5. Pour into a parchment-lined half-sheet pan (18 x 13 inches).
6. Bake in a preheated 350°F / 176°C oven for 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
7. Cool completely before removing from the pan and cutting.
8. Wrap each bar in parchment paper.
Pro Tip: To measure small amounts like cinnamon and salt, use a jewel scale.
