This is a 30 minute full body stretch workout, using long holds to get the most out of each stretch. Use this routine in combination with more targeted strength, flexibility and mobility training for the best results.
📋WORKOUT FORMAT:
• 5 minute warm up (30s work, 15s rest)
• 25 minutes of long, intense stretching!
• 60s stretch, 20s rest
• No Talking
• No Repeats
⚙️NO EQUIPMENT NEEDED
COACHING NOTES
✅Keep the movements at a 7/10 intensity, going deeper into the stretch as you hold
✅Use an intensity of stretch that you can maintain without fidgeting for the full minute
✅Breathe only through your nose if you can
