NSCN: DEAR MUIVAH, Message From HANSHI RAMSAN [Eastern Flank]

Convey this to Avākharar (Muivah) - I say this, ‘You should not forget me at this moment. From the beginning till now, I have been standing for the Nation with Christ. Why would you misunderstand me, listening to other people’s hearsay? If this goes on, you may stumble at the wrong end- you must not be led astray by these hearsays.’
I always hold Avākharar (Muivah) and his leadership in high esteem. But now I have been Terminated and kicked out from his circle and also from the Nation. If it is the will of God for me, to lay back- I shall do so. But if there are still my works to be done for the nation, it shall be done so in the will of God. I lay everything in the will of the Creator, our Lord Jesus Christ. Not my will - but His will be done. Let Avākharar (Muivah) know that, I held him in high esteem and never want to let him be at the wrong end. Deep in my heart I know he(Muivah) has been led astray, knowing this I am doing my best to right the wrong. Why would you accuse me of petty things such as running drug rackets and all? With all these unfounded allegations, you have accused me. What would our ally/China think of it? Do you really think that is part of foreign mission ? This is wrong on your part, is this because of the proposal and the commitments you have given? Are you planning to execute it? Convey this-specifically to Muivah. I still hold you (Muivah) close to my hear – if these personal words I have uttered has hurt you, do forgive me. But with regard to the Government and Political aspects I am not yielding to any suppression to give up Sovereignty. I will fight for Sovereignty till my last breath.
Tell this to – tao Ningkhan (Ningkhan Shimray- Longvibu NSCN) and OjaTem (VS Atem- Deputy Ato Kilonser) that, this is not a personal issue, that I am opposing them. It is because they are working in political alignment with the Indian Government. Why would you insist me to come home? My being here is a threat to the Indian Government (GoI) and for this very reason, the GoI is serious about our issues. Who am I? I am illiterate and worth nothing at all. But just because of the place I am in, I am considered important by our enemy. My presence here is a very big hindrances for the GoI, as they are unable to subjugate and dominate us as per their will. Knowing this full well, why would you insist me to come back? Isn’t this aligning with Political will of India – in collaboration with RN Ravi? In this, awo Hao is included too.
As I kept saying, this is not a personal work of tao Ningkhan (Ningkhan Shimray, Longvibu), if it was done in his own will alone, actions would have been taken by higher authority upon him. And so I say, this is not personal issue between us, but this is political issue. The same way, if oja Tem (VS. Atem, Deputy Ato Kilonser) was doing his own will, there would have been repercussions on him too. But now, they seem to have made this personal among us, which I am unable to comprehend on this. All the issues lies with them, and when I raise my voice, they have stopped all our sanctions, suspended me and now Terminated me. They have the authority, the Government(GRPN) is in their hand, it is upto them either to do good or evil. The solution lies in their hand. I want you to understand that, it is not in my hand- not in my diplomacy, neither in my forgiving or forbearance. Why would they keep insisting me to come out/come home without valid reason? Is here anything, which cannot be done without my presence?
If Avākharar (Muivah) had even just spoken/reached out to say - tao Han (Hanshi) this is it- we must stand till we die, this is the reason we released the file(Suspension/Termination). If he had just clarified, that is all. Or had he even sent his messengers to sort out the misunderstandings, I would have readily agreed/said yes. If he(Muivah) knows that I have misunderstood, why couldn’t he at least send his messengers to sort out peacefully? But instead, why do they keep hunting me? The National Security Council GRPN is headed mainly by them (Muivah/Ningkhan/Atem). Other Nagas are of the view that- the rise and fall of the NSCN lies in their leadership. If any untoward betrayals, fragmentations arise from the Tangkhul leaders, we will not sit back but will rise against it.

*HS. Ramshan is in the Top Wanted list of NIA, for which he cannot enter India. He joined NSCN in the year 1974. 50 years of dedication and sacrifices. He was Terminated from his service in July 2024.
