• Diagnose and repair inoperative roof, rectifying previous attempts garages made to repair. Fully lubricated and adjusted to bmw spec. Replace burnt out roof module due to incorrect prior adjustments
• Gs.autoworks exhaust mod to rear box and polish. All new mountings, hardware and gaskets used from BMW. Back box mountings reinforced
• Diagnose stiff creaky steering - Replace seized purple tag rack (previous fitted one was refurbished, never use these) full fluid flush and replace
• Replace steering UJ column (premature failure due to incorrectly lubricating)
• Replace steering column upper bearing
• Replace worn window switches
• Diagnose inoperative 3rd brake lamp due to being inoperative - unit replaced
• Diagnose temperamental boot lock - replaced lock tumbler and actuator
• Replace worn scuttle panel for new
• Fix poorly retrofitted arm rest mount
• Replace "m3" side mouldings and repair previous bodge on moulding fixings
• Front calipers refurbished, rear calipers painted to match, new discs and pads all round with wear sensors. Floating discs used as oem
• Full brake and clutch fluid flush and replaced
• Rocker cover gasket replaced
• Rocker cover refurbished back to oem
• Illuminated gear knob retrofit
• Repair secondary air pump hose
• Fix glove box sag
• Treat localised surface rust
• Retorqued front suspension components, re lubricate poorly lubricated front anti roll bar, new top mount load spreading washers (cured suspension creaking/clunking)
• Replace various fixings around the vehicle, re attach various cable connectors
• Replace drivers side headlight for better condition unit
• 4 wheel alignment & wheel balancing all round
• Full dealer level diagnostics of all modules, full vehicle health check

• All new rear end bushes and ball joints
• Front arms and bushes, tie rods
• New oem bmw clutch
