"My pain was getting really bad that it was affecting every day of my walking. I didn't wanna exercise. I didn't wanna do much strenuous stuff. And I'd have to stay off my feet for a good while before I got some relief. So about ten years ago, I saw a podiatrist because I was having some fa- plantar fasciitis pain that wasn't going away, and the solution was, first off, is an injection, a steroid injection. Within a year, I started having some more pain. I know you can only have so many of those injections, and so I would put it off. The last time, his reply was, "Well, we probably have to look at surgery. "That's where I started to have a conversation with the doctor because I was like, "No, there's gotta be some other ways. "And we started a treatment the next day and, and I am so much better. I'm moving and going. Um, you know, um, I actually have lost some weight, so that's a good thing because I am moving and going. I don't complain anymore, and bone spurs do not hurt me at all right now. No pain whatsoever. With the orthotics, it's been wonderful. I don't have any complaints at this point at all. I think the treatment was so successful for me. I love Doctor and the staff. Initially, I came in here almost, I think, 15 years ago possibly for some neck pain and some back pain, so, you know, I almost feel like they're family in a way. They are very welcoming here, you know, and, uh, back to health, that's what it is, getting back to health here. I am pain-free. I have the ability to move. I don't complain.
