Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
Kala Masala 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Finely Chopped Coriander

For Coating :

Oil 2 tsp
Cumin Seeds 1/2 tsp

Asafoetida - 1 pinch
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Water - 2 glass
Salt to taste

Onion, Garlic masala - 2 tsp
