Cheech (Cheech Marin) and Chong (Tommy Chong) decide to visit the L.A. County Welfare Office, but they’re definitely not there to fill out paperwork. While Cheech tries to "smooth talk" his way past the glass partition to see his girlfriend Donna, Chong gets distracted by a fellow waiter (Michael Winslow) who can mimic everything from a jet engine to a barking dog with terrifying accuracy. It’s a riotous look at bureaucracy through a thick cloud of smoke.
