Interviews & music from Gilles Peterson, Omar, Bluey from Incognito, Young Disciples, Galliano & The K-Creative. The last track features The K-Creative playing at the old Bass Clef club in Hoxton Square. Gilles' Interview is filmed outside the old Wessex Studios in Highbury which was where Bluey's studio was located.
The track that The K-Creative are playing is 'Brother John' from their debut album Q.E.D.
