I’m officially committing to HYROX — and I’m doing it properly.
In this first episode, I sit down with my dad (an elite sports physio with 30+ years in high-performance sport) to break down why I’m taking on HYROX and exactly how we’re building my training from the ground up.
Before I change anything in my training, we’re locking in proper baseline data, including:
• Full blood tests (including hormones)
• Bronco test
• Lactate threshold test
• DEXA scan
We also talk about simplifying my supplements to the essentials only:
• Protein
• Fish oil
• Creatine
This series is about training smarter, not just harder — and documenting what it really takes to transition from boxing into HYROX while still competing at a high level.
