Stunning fly-through footage shows how the redevelopment of Plymouth’s former Debenhams department store into shops and more than 160 flats will look like. The long-awaited rejuvenation of the city centre store was given the go-ahead by planners last month for its major transformation.
The redevelopment proposals will see 167 apartments over five floors built, including a two-storey roof top extension to the existing building. The ground floor space will remain in commercial use and is currently being marketed.
