These from-scratch freezer meals are simple, family-friendly, and perfect for postpartum or busy mom life. I’ll show you how I stock my freezer with nourishing food without spending days in the kitchen. Freezer prep made realistic, healthy, and stress-free!

Zucchini brownies:
½ cup avocado or coconut oil
1 cup cane sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups fresh milled flour (or ap or whole wheat)
½ cup cocoa
1½ tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
3 cups finely shredded zucchini (don't drain)
chocolate chips (however many feel right!)
Mix everything except zucchini, it will be dry. Mix in zucchini. If doesn't come together nicely add a tbsp of water. Spread into greased 9x13. Bake @ 350°F for 20 - 25 minutes.
