My husband got me a Kitchen Aid mixer for Christmas. So I decided to do a review video. As well as bake some homemade chocolate chip cookies. I hope you’ll try this recipe. They were so easy to make and absolutely delicious. Thank you for watching.
Recipe
2 1/4 cups White Lily all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1 teaspoon of salt
Two sticks of softened butter
3/4 cup of granulated sugar
3/4 cup of packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Two large eggs
10 ounces of Nestlé toll House semi sweet chocolate morsels

Preheat oven to 375°
In a small bowl combine flour baking soda and salt
In a large bowl beat the butter granulated sugar brown sugar and vanilla until creamy
Add eggs, one at a time , beating well after each one
Fate in flour mixture gradually
Stir in morsels
Drop onto ungreased baking sheet by rounded tablespoons
Bake for 9 to 11 minutes or until golden brown
Coulomb baking sheet for two minutes
Remove to wire rack to cool completely
Makes approximately five dozen cookies
