Let’s learn how to make this yummy and healthy steamed chicken seekh kabab , a step by step complete recipe :
Ingredients :
• Chicken Mince 250 Grams
• Red Chili Flakes 1 Tsp
• Dry Roast Cumin & Coriander 1 Tbsp
• Turmeric Powder ¼ Tsp
• Salt To Taste
• Crushed Black Pepper ½ Tsp
• Onion (Paste) 1 Large
• Ginger Garlic Paste 1 Tsp
• Green Chili Paste 1 Tsp
• Fresh Coriander
• Coal 1 Piece
• Water As Required
Butter Paper As Required
Method :
• In a bowl add chicken mince , red chili flakes , salt , turmeric powder , cumin & coriander , black pepper , all spices powder , onion paste , ginger garlic & green chili paste , fresh coriander , mix well , give coal smoke for 4-5 minutes , mix again.
• Now with the help of hands, take the mixture on your hand and give it a log shape , cut the butter paper in rectangle shape , place chicken kabab on one end and roll down with the butter paper giving it a toffee shape.
• Put a pot on medium flame , add water and bring it to boil , add ready kababs , cover and cook for 8-10 minutes , turn off flame , take out kababs , remove butter paper.
• Put a pan on low to medium flame , add and heat oil , add kababs and fry 3-4 minutes.
• Yummy and healthy steamed seekh kababs are ready , serve with naan or rice.
