2 Whole Chicken
Salt ~ 3 tbs & 1/2tsp
Water ~ 1.5 litres
Vinegar ~ 1Cup
Ginger garlic ~ 2tbs
Cover & Rest for 2 days in fridge
Sajji Masala:-
Green Cardamom ~ 8,9
Cumin ~ 2tbs
Black pepper ~ 1tsp
Coriander seeds ~ 2tbs
Black Cardamom ~ 1
Red Chilli Flakes ~ 1tbs
Salt ~ 1tsp
Pomegranate ~ 1tbs
Chat masala ~ 2 tbs
Rice :-
Oil ~ 2,3tbs
Zeera ~ 1tbs
Bay leaves ~ 2,3
Star Anise ~ 1
Black Cardamom ~ 1
Green Cardamom ~ 2,3
Lung ~ 2,3
Onion ~ 1(large)
Ginger garlic paste ~ 1tbs
Tomato ~ 1 small (chopped)
Yogurt ~ 2,3 tbs
Salt ~ 1tsp & 1/4tsp
Water ~ 2 cups
Rice ~ 1.5 cups
Mint leaves 5,6
Green Chillies ~ 4,5
Yellow food color ~ 1/4 tsp
