Striking a balance between your career and life can be hard but employees at Marshfield Clinic Health System seem to have it figured out. In this series, we will meet MCHS staff who live rich lives in and out of work and learn about the healthy balance that a career with MCHS can provide.
First up is a Registered Nurse at one of Marshfield Clinic’s Surgical ICUs, Becki O’Connell. Becki has found that the flexibility in her schedule has helped allow her to be there for her family and not only raise her two girls but also be the positive role model who balances it all.
