To be honest, i actually tried this so many times because of RNG. Normally, you can no hit other bosses with so many attempts because of pattern recognition and attack order. However, in flowey this is not possible due to the disorganized attacks. So I've tried so much that I decided to do this run segmented because of RNG. So I made 6 phase full run then I segmented only the last part. Hope you enjoy!
