Best ever mashed potatoes, so flavorful and delicious, perfect mashed potatoes for the holidays!!!
INGREDIENTS
6 to 8 medium sized red potatoes ( peel, cut up and cooke the potatoes in salted boiling water for 12 to 15 minutes, or until they soften)
1 stick softened butter
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup milk. You can add more milk to reach the consistency you love.
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1tsp dried chives
1tsp each kinders garlic Parmesan seasoning and buttery garlic seasoning. Or you can use your favorite seasonings for mashed potatoes.
Salt and pepper to taste
