HardBody Chicken also known as roadrunner chicken or free range chicken is so tasty. It is easy to cook with just a few ingredients though it takes time. You can reduce the cooking time by using a pressure cooker. Roadrunner/HardBody chicken is best served with sadza(pap) or rice.

INGREDIENTS FOR HARDBODY/ROADRUNNER CHICKEN
1 chicken cut into pieces
2 tablespoons oil
salt to taste
1 onion chopped
2 cloves garlic chopped
1/2 teaspoon paprika
2 tomatoes chopped
1 chicken cube
water
Method
1. Heat oil in a pot. Add chicken and season with salt. Close the pot and simmer until all the water is absorbed.
2. Fry chicken for a few minutes, add garlic and onion, fry for a minute.
3. Add paprika and mix then add tomatoes, mix again then add 1/4 cup water. cover and allow tomatoes to cook and water is reduced.
4. Add chicken cube and water to cover the chicken. Close the pot and leave the chicken to cook until water is reduced and chicken is cooked through. If chicken is still tough add more water and simmer until chicken is a bit soft. Adjust seasoning to suit your tastebuds.
5. Serve with pap, rice, samp, pasta,etc.
