Regarding the principles of Service-Dominant Logic, this video deals with the differences between co-production and co-creation.
The term co-production refers to the involvement of the customer or other actors in the creation of a value proposition on the part of the provider, co-production is always optional.
Co-creation, on the other hand, deals with the actual value of use: To what extent does the value proposition unfold through the application of one's own resources and the integration of other resources in the respective context? Co-Creation is therefore mandatory.
Futhermore different sources and types of resources, such as private or public resources, are explained.
