Chicken Caesar Salad Pizza - Make This!

Описание: Low carb chicken pizza crust, homemade caesar dressing, and crispy romaine & croutons. This recipe is epic, you must make this!

Chicken Crust:
1.5 pounds organic ground chicken
1 egg
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
3/4 teaspoon onion powder
3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
Couple cracks pepper

Caesar Salad:
2 garlic cloves, finely grated
1 teaspoon anchovy paste
Juice of half a large lemon
1.25 teaspoons stone ground mustard
1 teaspoon tamari soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt & few crack of pepper
1/2 cup avocado oil mayo
Heaping 1/2 cup finely grated parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
1 head Romaine lettuce

Croutons:
5 slices of bread, cubed
1 teaspoon seasoning of choice
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt & pepper

Directions:
-Preheat oven to 350F.
-For the croutons, add the cubed bread to a sheet tray and season with a good shot of olive oil, pinch of salt, few cracks of pepper, and seasoning. Toss well and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until crunchy. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
-Then crank up the oven to 425F
-Add all the chicken crust ingredients to a bowl and mix with your hands until well combined.
-Grease a quarter size sheet tray with avocado oil and press the chicken dough into the pan, edge to edge. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the edges are golden brown. Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
-While the chicken crust is baking, get started on the dressing. In a medium size bowl, add the grated garlic, anchovy paste, lemon juice, mustard, soy sauce, salt & pepper. Whisk well.
-Add the mayo, parm cheese, olive oil, and whisk very well. Check for seasoning. You may need more parm cheese or lemon. You want the flavor to be bold and aggressive. Set dressing aside.
-Roughly chop the Romaine lettuce, add to a bowl, along with some salt and pepper. Toss to combine then add the dressing and mix again.
-Top the chicken crust with the Caesar salad, more shredded Parmesan cheese, and the croutons. Slice into squares, and enjoy!

Dressing will keep in the fridge for 5-7 days. You can buy anchovy paste in the tube if desired.
