The project has an allocated budget of ₹297 crore, and the tender process is currently underway. The construction work is targeted to be completed within 36 months. This information was provided by Public Works Minister Prithviraj Harichandan in a written reply to a question posed by Congress MLA Sofia Firdous in the State Assembly. The new bridge aims to alleviate traffic woes and improve connectivity between the two major urban centers.
