The Africa Liberal Network (ALN) Women’s Leadership Programme is a prestigious programme for women in elected public office or senior political party officials with the goal of furthering their leadership skills. It provides senior women in politics with an invaluable opportunity to build upon their management skills and learn ways to become effective agents for change.
On 24-26 November 2023, 15 women – representing their political party or parliament – assembled in South Africa to attend their third leadership training session focused on media management and communication skills. After six months of hard work, participants celebrated the completion of the programme at their graduation ceremony. Congratulations to the 2023 cohort!
