The Kinetic Glass Veranda: A world-class engineering feat developed with Tilt Industrial Design, featuring vertically curved emerald glass louvres that synchronize to capture sea breezes.

Sustainable "Light Touch": Instead of a total rebuild, the architects preserved the existing structure to save embodied energy, sourcing custom emerald glass from a neighboring manufacturer.

The Blue Groper Courtyard: A lush subtropical garden framed by teal blue chevron mosaic tiles that change color with the sun.

Award-Winning Design: Winner of the "Best House" award at the 2025 Randwick City Architecture and Urban Design Awards.
