If you are new or old to triathlon you could be doing all of your riding on a road bike, but be interested in the notion of a triathlon or time trial specific bike as well.

However, the expense of a whole new bike is putting you off, because, well it’s just out of the question to splash all that cash simply to go faster, isn’t it?

But, fear not, because for a fraction of the cost, and well … a good deal of the benefits of one of those TT specific bikes, you too can get comfortable and aero with a set of clip-on aero bars.

In this video Fraser is going to run through how to install a set of these onto your road bike to get you faster out on the roads.
