In this ASMR psychologist-style experience, we’re doing some gentle, guided shadow work — helping you uncover your psychological triggers, emotional habits, and hidden patterns in a way that’s curious, not clinical.

Shadow work is basically getting to know your emotional underbelly — the thoughts, traits, habits, and feelings you’ve quietly pushed aside because they felt like “too much,” “not enough,” or just... inconvenient. It’s not about fixing yourself. It’s about getting honest with the parts you usually ignore, and realizing they might have been trying to help you all along (just in really weird, dramatic ways).

Instead of talking about shadow work, I’m inviting you to experience it. Think of this as a cozy, curious, no-pressure journey inward — part guided reflection, part self-discovery prompt, part “wait… do I do that?” moment.
