Here are the Pros and Cons for these Soft Light Boxes:

Pros:
The ESDDI Softbox Lights do provide extra light for back fill
Quicker shot setup is achieved once the lights are setup in position
Less brightening is required while editing video with the extra light
The different height settings allow for flexibility when shooting video or taking pictures

Cons:
It helps a lot, but it still isn't quite as effective as I had hoped they would be. I thought 100% of all shadows would be gone, but there are still some, though minor.
