This quick routine is perfect to fire up your glutes before a workout or as a short stand-alone session when you want to feel strong and connected. We focus on controlled movements to target the glutes and hip muscles and improve mind-muscle connection.
Great to add before lower body workouts, glute days, pilates, strength sessions, or cardio.
