In this video we will be cooking one of the champions of the Vegetable Kingdom: Collard Greens. They detoxify the body and contain natural sulfur compounds (called glucosinolates) which clean the liver, eliminating toxins from the cells and eventually from the body. Additionally, this “champ veggie” protects your DNA from harmful chemicals and free radicals. I can go on and on but I won’t 😁.
