With our new accommodation trailers now on site, the reality of the work required starts to set in. From compliance and first aid training to workshop repairs, renovations and unexpected jobs, the team gets stuck into what it really takes to bring these units up to scratch.

We also review haulage performance through January, make progress on the boardroom refurbishment, continue repairs in the workshop (including the Hilux), and even unbox a brand-new welder. Along the way, we uncover a few surprising parts, clear out shelving, and try to keep everything moving forward.

As always, this is a real behind-the-scenes look at running a modern farming business — the good decisions, the questionable ones, and everything in between.
