One of three crossings within half a mile, near Lydney and one of two upgraded crossings on the Dean Forest Railway. This crossing was completely renewed from life-expired equipment by 'Schweizer Electronic', with new lights, barriers, alarms and controls. This crossing is next to Lydney Junction station and operated from the signal box.
