Teach Emerald her unlock skills. (Alice caps off at LV 2 Unlock)
Teach either Lucia, Alice or Emerald the Treasure Eye skill.
I went with Alice because she also has Pilfer.
- Lucia's requires a visit to the Black Market and paying 500g. More on this after FE9.

REQUIREMENTS

Cleared out the 4 Slave Markets.
Get 'Ly Loop' Info from the Picture vendor at the Free Market.
'Ly Loop' Info set, speak with the Troubadour at the Free Market.
A-Rank Hanger (Nicosia Access).
Visit Nicosia Wall area.
Spoke to the Blue-haired Girl, a single house west of Coln (the big wall).
Then open the Fortune Door in the Dream Hall.
FE6 - Land of Purgatory -
Recruited Sonny Jr. He sells art in Cliffhanger, except on rainy days.
After buying 5 paintings you can recruit him.
Complete Sonny Jr.'s Fortune Event (50 CA).
His FE ends after seeing the argument in Atom Village.
Then open the Fortune Door in the Dream Hall.
