For 2 servings you need:
8 tablespoons buckwheat
6 tablespoons millet
250 ml rice drink (or any other plant-based drink)
150 ml water
1 pinch Himalayan salt
2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
2 tablespoons almonds
2 tablespoons walnuts
2 tablespoons hemp seeds
2 tablespoons amaranth pops
2 teaspoons almond or hazelnut butter
2 tablespoons flaxseed oil Pinch of cinnamon
