Eric Figueroa, a Grammy Award Winning artist, lived with the daily painful burden of polycystic kidney disease for years. The genetic condition known as PKD led to large cysts developing in both of his kidneys and the need for a transplant. Thanks to his strong faith, family support, and the expertise of Dr. Bhamidipati V. Ramana Murthy at Baylor St. Luke's Medical Center, Eric is back to being a friend, son, brother, husband, father, abuelo, and musician.
