Alongside physical, emotional, mental, social and spiritual wellbeing, it forms part of our innate vitality and capacity for connection. When this dimension is overlooked, we are not dismissing something superficial — we are neglecting a meaningful part of human wholeness.
Research links sexual and sensual satisfaction with improved mood, reduced stress, stronger relational bonds, improved sleep quality, increased self-esteem and greater overall life satisfaction. A regulated nervous system and a safe relationship with the body are foundational to these outcomes.
