FULL HEARING: Kesley Pope Parole Hearing

Описание: SALT LAKE CITY (KUTV) — A drunk driver who killed a mother and son after they ran out of gas going home from the Andrea Bocelli concert in 2021 is scheduled to go before the parole board for her original parole hearing on Tuesday.

Kesley Pope, 24, pleaded guilty to two counts of automobile homicide and is serving up to ten years in prison for killing Season Dow, 43, and her 16-year-old son Toby on Oct. 31, 2021.

The victims' husband and father is speaking out for the first time following our initial three-part 2News investigation in 2022, which uncovered mishandling of the crime scene and of Pope that deadly night.

Christian Dow filed a civil lawsuit against Kesley and her dad Jeff (Jefferson) Pope who allowed his daughter to use his Toyota Tacoma truck that night when she was drunk behind the wheel, killing the mother and son.
