There are traits that women desire in men, and men that display these traits have women chasing them. However, that’s not the case for most guys. Most guys try to impress women by showing them what they can do. Alpha males impress women more because they let the woman see and pinpoint the traits they love in men. I got a message from a guy that’s not having the best run in his dating life. The message read;

“I feel like a pushover in my relationships. I try to make the girl I date happy but I never seem to ever keep a relationship for more than 3 months. The women always leave and date someone else. A woman once told me that I am not masculine enough. What can I do? Please help me!”

Romantic relationships are silent trades that we try and get what we think we lack from another person while they also do the same. Men have always protected and provided for women because of their masculine nature. But it’s 2022, women's needs have evolved. Here are tips for building and displaying an alpha masculine demeanor:

1. Passion

Men are intense about the things they want to do. If you want to display a masculine demeanor, you have to become passionate about things in life. Is there something that you just cannot do without? An activity that you are passionate about? These things give you an edge because you are passionate about them and have an intensity towards having them achieved. This is one of the things that attracts women to a man.

2. Be present

Being present means that you are completely aware of your surroundings and you understand and see the things that are happening around you. Being present also means that you can give your full attention to the people around you, especially your girlfriend. It lets her know that you are present, and she feels secure knowing that you value her enough to remain present. Staying alert and present can also help you protect your energy because you can tell when an activity or person is draining you.
