Groups of people are going to be 'coming together' to combine their energy in order to assist others in this transition into the higher vibrational energies.
This is a difficult transition for many people because it requires us to stay calm and in peace and love while we 'observe' the changes taking place around the globe. Many will be tested and many will need the assistance of the Angelic Realms and beyond to stay in Peace ... these groups of people will project their energy of love, peace, and wisdom out to those in need, helping them to find and stay in their Center of Love and Peace.
James Redfield wrote about this in his book "The Secret of Shambhala: In Search of the Eleventh Insight.
We are in the midst of some huge changes and therefore challenges. It's extremely important that we keep our center of Peace and radiate Love. These groups of people (Dakini is the feeling that I get and see) will uplift each other and share it with others.
